Rebecca Hamilton started her business Chick Boss Cake 8 years ago when she was 23 years old, as a home baker & hobby cake decorator. As her passion grew, so did her business and eventually she gave up job as a women support worker at the local shelter.
She opened the doors to her first St. Thomas location in 2015. Four years later, her second London location opened, and recently in 2020 opened her third Woodstock location.
She is 32 years old, completely self taught both in business and cake decorating.
