Veronica shares her experience of over coming a rare condition that led to two strokes before she even finished high school and how a healthy lifestyle contributed to her recovery. She also teaches people how to create healthy, nourishing meals for you and your family. I teach people how to grow their own food in my gardening workshops. She also shares how to really connect with your body and self in her meditation workshops. She teaches people the movement patterns and breathing strategies that will make a profound impact on how they feel and function. She teaches people how to heal and come away from whatever they are dealing with stronger, healthier and more vibrant than they ever dreamed!
